HELP & RELIABILITY
Keep your session. Keep your master.

Before you start
Use a current desktop browser and keep this page open while processing and saving. The engine needs WebAssembly, Web Workers and Web Audio. Device memory, song length and format affect whether a file completes. Mobile and Safari performance have not been certified.
We do not publish a guaranteed processing time or claim every device has been tested. Check the file specifications, use one track first, and preview before subscribing.
Recorded compatibility check
October 28, 2026: the Chromium 156 browser on macOS completed Universal and Natural renders and encoded 24-bit WAV, 16-bit WAV and 320 kbps MP3 for a six-second, stereo, 44.1 kHz synthesized test file.
The first render, including engine initialization, took 3.862 seconds; a second render using the loaded engine took 0.290 seconds. This single local test excludes production network conditions and the preset selector’s transition time. It is a functional check, not a processing-time promise for full songs or evidence of musical quality.
First load and later processing
The first track loads approximately 30 MiB of engine packages before it can be analyzed. Browser caching may shorten later loads; private browsing or clearing the cache can require downloading them again. Reference matching loads additional packages when first used.
Changing a preset waits for a new render and a transition of about 20 seconds; a slow render can take longer. The previous result continues playing until the new one is ready. Intensity and EQ update the local playback immediately. A timer finishing is not proof that processing succeeded.
Compare levels and understand the report
Original and Mastered play at their own levels. The current Studio has no loudness-matching control. A louder master can sound more impressive without being more balanced. Use a player or DAW with level matching if you need a level-matched comparison.
The Audio details & processing report measures the preset's base render. Later live Intensity/EQ changes are included in playback and export but are not re-measured for LUFS or true peak. The report is not a final-export certification; check your downloaded file with a dedicated meter. True peak is an estimate.
If cloud saving fails
Completed local audio remains playable in the open tab. Use Retry cloud save; a cloud error does not mean the local master failed. Eligible members can still export the finished master. Avoid refreshing or closing the page until you have a download or a successful cloud save.
Closing the tab loses results held only in browser memory. Successfully saved songs can be reopened through Open saved songs after signing in. Free accounts see the latest 3 saved songs; membership reveals full history. Keep a separate backup.
Processing or link-import failure
- Engine could not load: check the connection and retry. Keep the source file before refreshing.
- Unsupported audio: use a valid WAV, MP3, FLAC or AIFF within the size, duration and channel limits. Renaming an extension does not convert audio.
- Not enough memory: close other heavy tabs and retry one shorter track on a desktop. A 200 MB limit is an upper bound, not a memory guarantee.
- Link import failed: check that the share link is accessible, then upload your own authorized full audio file. A preview-only link cannot supply missing audio.
- New preset failed: keep the previous playable result and use the shown retry action.
Download problems
Wait for the current preset to finish and confirm membership is active. Intensity and EQ are applied to the export locally. If MP3 encoding fails, try WAV first, keep the tab open and contact support with the visible error. If payment succeeded but access is missing, sign in with the purchasing account and send support the receipt reference; do not pay again to troubleshoot.
Contact support with the browser/device, format, size, duration and error. Do not send private audio or full card details in your first message.
