Older saved songs are hidden on the free plan, not deleted because of membership status. Rejoining reveals them again. Only successfully cloud-saved results are available after closing the tab.

A supported file size does not guarantee that every device has enough memory. Use a desktop browser for larger files. Converting MP3 to WAV does not restore lost detail. See compatibility and troubleshooting.

Link imports and full songs

Suno and Mureka pages import audio available through supported public share links. Link imports use a separate source-audio retrieval limit of 25 MB. If a link fails, upload your authorized full file using the 200 MB local-file workflow.

A Mureka share link can contain only a preview. Mastering processes the audio actually retrieved and does not extend it into a full song. For Udio, use an existing authorized audio file; there is no Udio link import.

Payment, cancellation and support

Paid access requires a verified active subscription. Open your avatar menu → Membership → Manage billing / cancel to use Stripe's portal. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge and check the confirmation in Stripe.

Contact support for billing or refund requests. Billing problems and refund requests are reviewed individually. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
